Often teams and organisations have specific training needs focused on a developmental requirement or enhancing quality practice. You may also have needs regarding the mode of training or location of a learning program to best meet those identified requirements. I genuinely enjoy working collaboratively to identify the most effective learning program for you and your team.

What can we work on together?

My experience over many years of developing and delivering quality learning programs - from 1 hour webinar sessions on the essence of neurosequential development to a 6 month accredited qualification focused on developomental trauma - has given me the capacity to supportively work with teams, programs and organisations on bespoke learning programs that can meet a range of professional needs or compliance requirements.

Customised training is a cost effective option as you can register between 10 and 50 team members, depending on the session type and content. I will always prepare a proposal for you to review to ensure clarity and transparency.

I can always extend or condense programs to explore concepts, knowledge and skills in more or less detail based on what works best for you. I am also happy to deliver training virtually or in person as best meets the needs of your team or organisation. Learning programs may also include the initial training and then follow up sessions to support embedding the learning into practice in a way that tracks and enhances the outcomes of the learning experience.

In all of the training programs I provide you will receive:

  • Engaging training with a practical focus - that includes up to date information, research and implementation considerations
  • Content contextualised to your practice
  • Practical resources for your team to take away with them
  • Opportunities to practice skills where that is required
  • Certificates of completion for all participants
  • A post-training report that incorporates participant feedback and requested recommendations
