Individual supervision

Opportunities for clear and defined reflection are an important component of quality practice and require time and commitment as well as a clarity of structure and purpose. I am happy to work with individuals in a coaching or supervision process that connects reflection with goals and outcomes.

Description

The focus of each supervision session is defined with you - and included in our formal supervision agreement.

Areas of focus I have previously provided in supervision have included, but are not limited to:

  • Leadership and management
  • Training development and facilitation
  • Career planning
  • Workload management
  • Maintaining congruence in practice
  • Wellbeing and self nurturing

Please connect with me and we can discuss your needs and set up an initial session.

Wenger defines communities of practice as 'sustained learning partnerships among people who share a concern or a passion for something they do and learn how to do it better as they interact regularly.' This relational definition provides a helpful summary of this offering. Group supervision is one thing but sometimes groups across organisations are looking to come together to explore an area of practice passion and intentionally focus on its improvement.
