Customised training
Every team or group has different learning needs and I am happy to work with you to best meet those needs. Are you looking for face to face or online learning? Would you like a program for your leaders, your team or your carers? What are the learning outcomes you are looking to address? Let's start the conversation to answer all of those questions and more.
Resource and framework development
We often have important documents or resources that will benefit our practice or meet a compliance or quality requirement. However, it can be a challenge finding the time and space to be able to finalise those products. I am happy to work with you in a collaborative approach to resource and framework development to meet your needs, improve practice and decrease your workload and workload tension.
Supervision and coaching
The opportunity to reflect on, challenge and continue to learn about our own ways of working is a fundamental component of quality practice. I provide individual, group and team supervision and coaching processes that enable the space and time to truly reflect and learn. Each person and team's needs are different in terms of approach and process and I am happy to explore what suits you best and how I can best provide it.

I offer a range of training programs - and am adding more regularly as professionals request them. You can register for available sessions or please get in touch to request a specific practice or content area so we can work together to meet your team's needs. Connecting a trauma informed approach to practice
Working with children, young people and families often means working with experiences of loss, grief, neglect or trauma. While these experiences don’t always lead to negative outcomes we know that the impacts of trauma can be significant and long lasting and require specific responses from those of us supporting these families and communities.
This program reviews our understanding of trauma and its impacts but also reflects on what this specifically means for our practice.
Relationally focused facilitation
Facilitating training often forms part of our role and it is helpful to explore the skills and capacity we bring to this process. This workshop explores relationally focused facilitation by drawing on the knowledge and skills we can transfer to quality training delivery - as well as building new skills and ideas to put into practice in your next session facilitation.
Exploring authentic leadership
This session is designed for those stepping into, or already experienced in, leadership and seeking an opportunity to reflect on and build your skills and knowledge. Authentic leadership is a fundamental way of working to best lead teams and maintain psychological safety for all. This is a highly interactive session as it incorporates reflection and discussion amongst experienced professionals.
Broadening our perspectives of loss and grief
Building strong connections to support children and young people who experience loss and grief in the context of trauma.
